Why do I need a diet if I already do sports?

Sport activity is a key element for being in good shape, but if you don’t get your diet on the right track, you will have only limited success if any. If the body lacks nutrients, it starts to destroy the most useful matter in its opinion – muscles (which required so many forces to grow). If there are too many meals or they are irregular, then surpluses will be stored in the form of fats.
